Gulf Air's FTOC???

After some fan-fare announcing the re-establishment of the Flight Technical Officers' Committee, a thumping endorsement by the VPO at the last pilot meeting and elections almost two weeks ago . . . nothing . . .

No public announcement of the winners or anything of that matter, and even the candidates have not heard anything. Despite reassurances that this initiative will be very important to Managment, I can't help but wonder . . . is this a still-born project?
