TACA Peru pilots

Hello,
I ve heard a lot of ex TacaPeru pilots are flying in the ME.
I am offered a job as a Capt with TACAPERU. Can anyone give more info?
Like rosters, pay, atmosfere, safety, days off, living in Lima, perdiems,hotels,etc..

How are the selections performed?
The more info the better to dicite about joining.
Thanks very much.
