Help transporting dog from Kuwait to Dubai
I have a friend who needs to go from Kuwait to Dubai with her dog. The dog has some health issues and cannot be put into a cargo hold. Import laws prohibit pets from being brought into the UAE outside a cargo hold, unless the aircraft's cargo hold is unpressurized or does not have one.
She is looking for someone who can take her and her chihuahua into Dubai legally and without breaking the bank. She is willing to pay for a charter or empty leg, but the quotes she has gotten so far are too high.
If you can help out, please PM me, and I will get you in contact with her.
Thanks

Kuwait-Dubai and back is roughly 4 hrs flightime for something like a King Air or Beech 1900..
Will not be cheap..
Gulfjet in Dubai have a King Air, she could try her luck with Falcon Express Cargo Airlines, they operate between KWI and DXB every night in the 1900. But not sure if they transport life animals.. But the dog would be together with cargo again..

If the dog is too unwell to travel as manifest cargo (the legal method of getting a dog into the UAE), it's probably too unwell to be moved anyway...
Our guy was a year old when he made the trek from western Canada, with no ill effects at all. Travel by air, with the right precautions and good cargo handlers, is much more stressful for the owner than for the dog!
