With great difficulty - recruitment has stopped, with a backlog of applicants

Apparently they have around 80 waiting for course dates, which are expected around march next year. Till then no more recruitment, even for non pilot jobs. The delay in the 380 and the triple is also making encouraging a "wait and see" attitude.
