The fact that they have a recruitment campaign in UK, Ireland, France as well for cabin is even more surprising...

As far as I know ppl are leaving a lot from QR. Same thing happens in EK and they are trying to find ppl from poor countries so this job would mean a lot for them so they ll stay for a long time despite the bad things.
