If you send your CV ,the captain ,whose e-mail adress is shown below will send everyone the link to the questionnaire.( i guess) .For the rest ,please note , i have nothing to do with this deal,i am only a fellow pilot who got an info and want to share it with all of you.
I have absolutely no idea what will be next,sorry.
