New B767 operator in UAE

Has anyone heard of the new start up in the UAE, using the B767 fleet. Base in UAE is not know. It is advertised through Touch Aviation, recruitment agency.

They have advertised for B767 CP, DEC, and F/O.

Safi's pilots however are based in DXB and I know they are looking for pilots.

RAK Airways does not have 767s. Don't know who else it could be.
