renting an aircraft (PA28) in Dubai

Any tips on flying clubs in Dubai? Is a UK /JAR PPL sufficient? URL's (web site addresses) would be v helpful....

I was over in DXB for the Airshow, at that time all General Aviation flying was banned due to 911, does anyone know if they have removed that ban?

Yes the ban was lifted last week, Emirates flying school operate the PA28.
Speak to Hassan he is the CFI [phone].
