B727 Jobs??

Ok this one isnt meant to start a 'rukus' like my Emirates post, sigh, and I still havent heard from them :-(
Here goes,a buddy of mine just got laid off current on the 727-200 with about 300hrs right seat/last flight Jan/2001.
Any help on where an expat can look for a job.. Middle East or Africa?
