The only thing RH and CS can do is pull the trigger when Hogan tells them. Don't fool yourself anyone else other then Hogan has the authority to do anything.

Yep quite agree Hogie likes to call the shots...its a shame he doesnt have the brains or the ability to do it well.

I figured it just had to do with the capabilities of ones azz, I am sure Hogan is not looking at the hair or smelling the breath.
