Incident on Sao Paulo EK
First class incident by VPHR and minion in "private cabin" both ordered by Captain to go back to assigned seats in biz and eco for causing drunkin distrubance. Not a pretty scene viewed by paying pax in first. Very discouraging to see some who think they can push their way up to first and treat it like a motel room. Great call by Captain. Take note: Enough is enough, management powers don't count on our flights. Lessons learned.

A short time ago one of our Capts had a disagreement with a pax while resting in a first class seat, and an order was issued that flightcrew can no longer use F or J seats for rest when bunks are on board (I'm assuming that it's OK to sit in an economy seat however).
Does this incident mean all VP/SVP (or whatever they call themselves nowadays) will only be allowed to travel in economy?..or maybe I'm just being a bit too optimistic?
This company is very well versed in collective punishment, but I somehow don't see it happening in this case.

I think you will find any VP will be protected , the problem is an incident in f class will probably end up with Captains losing f class staff travel , wait and see.

the question should be asked:
What would happen if any employee caused a disruption on a flight? HR (the police) would conduct a formal investigation. Who will police the police in this case?
Lets wait and see the verdict. This is now spreading quickly and can not be ignored. The details will come out..they always do. It is now Costa chat at other airlines with names and details.

VPHR wouldnt travel in J. How should he meet somebody in Y who is two curtains away in the wrong direction. And what is he doing in GRU in the first place. Sounds like a load of bollocks to me. Unless: More info.

Investigation started. VPHR and Recruiter who was escorted into first for "work" purposes now being investigated. How much liquor consumed til the time of meltdown. How ironic VPHR being investigated by the ones he has trained. Coverup was in motion til word got out. Now the HR machine goes into action. Word is "The brand needs to be protected at all cost". Crew and Captain interviewed.
