Question Emirates-experience level.

Have heard Emirates have interviewed a few guys from my part of the world but have heard it's also quite a difficult job to get, with some quite experienced guys knocking on their door. Does anyone know the experience level of guys who've been employed in the last year or so?

between 5000h and 18000h and age between 25-45 it seems giving an advantage to hours and age , this due to the gulf air crash
