BEWARE, advertised package is less than current Local and Expat package(those that are left). Expat discrimination is normal practice and open in some cases. Don't believe any verbal promise - only something in writing will more than likely be honoured.
Living in Kuwait is also becoming more difficult with expat discrimination from most public areas getting worse. For example, family residency & medical cover costs (expats only) becoming very expensive.

You seem very enlightened. The crews that were used on a recent Egypt Air lease were worked like dogs, substanderd accommidation, were never paid their entitlement. They were given a letter stating that in their absence it had been decided not to honor the pay agreement
