hey guys what sort of hours,experience is Emirates looking for eg are they big on pic or will the 3500 hours f/o 737 do as a substitute

EK asks for a minimum of:

2500 hours total time
1000 hours as pilot( Captain or FO) of multi-crew jet aircraft.
