New FTL's coming to GF

I understand that a new set of FTL's are due to come into force soon, courtesy of the BAH CAA. Do we have any details yet?

If they are going to use CAP 371 then you can preview/download it from the UK CAA website.....go to 'publications' and search for it.

Generally, it is more advantageous for us than the Mickey Mouse regs. that we currently follow, so lets wait and see....

JAR-OPS1 it is. However watch Subpart Q. They'll get their own to suit the local airlines.

They have already published ANTR OPS and final copy will be given ASAP. The regs are almost identical to CAP371 and any differences will be changed to match them. As far as I could tell they are much better. Not by a little by alot! Say goodbye to ridiculous 4 sector days and KTM turns!!!!

they still will have some 4 sectors but KTM turns are gone.
