Arrow GF HR

I suggest if they would return VPHR back to the ministry of labor and find another person to run the HR Dept. more effeciently.

GF HR

Historically Gulf Air has incompetent management and staff in HR. Unless it finds a qualified head to weed out all the deadwood in the department and be able to lead a dynamic change, it is a lsot cause for whole of Gulf Air.

There was one real good guy about 2 years back. Local Bahraini with a lot of international experience. Left GF after a few years for a better role in Bahrain private sector. Reason he left GF - crap VPHR and useless staff who had no discretion at all - hence why all of GF knew who was in and out and how much they were paid.

If incompetence was just the problem, HR serves higher interests and their only job is to pimp the girls' numbers out to the highest bidders.

Way to go HR!

If he was good enough, they would have not moved him to Gulf air. This person was appointed, and did not go through any interview,or selection.
