This may have been covered somewhere but why was it shuch a waste of time. Is it because they didn't know how to put on a roadshow or is it that people that work there or wanted to work there are bitter? What gives?

I understand growing pains and they may be going thru their's now but over time it will improve or atleast it should...

That is what everyone thought, it turns out this lot is no better than the previous one.

At this stage growing pains are and should have passed, surely before agreeing to an outfit like an airline there should have been an admin structure in place with clear objectives, but no such thing happened everything seems to be on adhoc basis.
