MD80s Operator in Middle East

Does anyone know of any MD80 operators in the Middle East. There was one that was suppose to start up in Dubai, but I never heard anything concrete about them? Any Info would help..

Only thing even close to an MD80 i have seen over here are the MD90's run by Saudi.
