If you are looking for some where to do your flying hours ((cheaply)) go to USA, then you will have to do the ground school agene in other place-((if you plane to fly in M/E or Europe)), the IR in USA is the best if under part141 and the ME standards is good too. Agene, if you compare what you will save its not bad idea at all!
