The future of expats in India?

I am not so sure that people thinking of jumping ship from the middle east to india is going to be a good move. The guys that went to Jet at the starts are not now having their contracts renewed, as there are now enough nationals to meet Jets needs.
I guess it will be the same with Kingfisher and all the others.
Dont get me wrong, looking after your own is great, something the Europeans could take note of, but I am not sure that India and a 3 year contract is going to be the answer to all of our problems!!
