US Expat Tax Questions

Wondering if there are any US Expat EK Pilots who could give some insight into IRS issues concerning the Provident Fund, as well as taxability of the Housing and Educational allowances? Would appreciate any information or a referral to tax experts who could help with these US specific concerns.
Thanks!

Rather than asking here, and possibly (quite likey) receiving duff gen, a review of section 911 of the Internal Revenue code will answer most questions.
Publication 54 refers.
If however, you require the services of a competant international tax specialist, one that has served me well for over 30 years, send a PM.
