EK Shortlist

Hello guys,
I just received a phone call three days ago from EK HR to verify some CV data, also if one month notice was good for me and that I was being put on the short list...
In EK Language, for those who already speak it and understand it, what means "short list" over there? what can I expect from now on (timewise) regarding a confirmed interview? Are there any guarantees?

Shortlist means that you will be called in the next month or two for an interview. Simple as that. Good luck.
