This is sounding like very unprofessional MO. Calculating Great Circle is simple enough. What is your particular problem?

every day is a different route, depending on the winds.

sounds to me like Kingfisher trying to plan if from BLR to SFO...perhaps they need to hire some staff who know what they are doing!
