I interview about 6 weeks ago. Only one in our group got the call so far, and the group after us only 2. Have not gotten anything in the negative, but refs havent been checked either. With them needing so many pilots i am quite curious as to whats going on. Any ideas?

Had ten in my group and only four got selected. Ref was contacted the day after the interview and a job offer two weeks later. I do belief that some ppl takes a bit longer due to security clearances.
