Dubai to Abu Dhabi (Via Air)

Does anyone know if the is a connection via air between Dubai and Abu Dhabi? Heli Shuttle or the like?
Would not usually consider this, as usually the drive would be faster, but need to get some pax from dubai to abu dhabi rather quickly.
Any ideas how much a charter with a heli or fixed wing would be?

Own helipad at the trade center and can pick up or drop off at Emirates Palace or the airport.
35 - 40 minutes to AUH
