I have heard that QR are in the process of putting in a new management team, in particular in HR will this make a difference to conditions?

Many big changes at qr
I think all normal pprune reporters have lots of info but cannot say anything yet.
hr manager change some months ago
chief pilot training out of office
rostering manager asked to leave
gmfo is a good guy and he will stay
other than these changes who knows what?

I belive this will concern the recruitment and the training as well, by delaying all the programs.
Some pilots have been recruited 3 months ago and still waiting for a sign...
