Heard a 30% increase around DEC.
Given that someone in a compound, new to the company got a 7000AED bill for 7 weeks of power and water, it might not be enough! Or soon enough!!

Cikpigeon has a point! do you really believe they will give us 13000 dollars and 30 percent payrise when RH (Mr bean) said in the last meeting that they struggled to finance the so called overtime pay,
I do believe there will be an increase but they are probably deciding how much is necessary to keep the recruitment going and in the meantime the rumour helps them as a short term morale booster (probably leaked deliberately early for that reason)
They have to do something soon as the packages offered across the globe are looking more and more tempting

They will have to increase somewhat although I seriously doubt we'll see the likes of massive increases. I would like to see the creation of a pension plan which has been rumoured for so long, kind of shows they want to keep their people.

I was at the BALPA Employment conference at LHR this past Sat, and the EY rep claimed major revisions were due for Dec.

This was the response in rgds my qu currency protection.

Lets see what happens..
