QR pay scale after 3 years?
I know this question has been asked many times before (with the usual "do a search"), but, yes it's publicly known what new comers should expect to make, but what about after the 3 year mark?
If a f/o hasn't been upgrade to the left seat yet (for whatever reason), does the pay/benefits increase with time? What about captains? Do senior captains get incremental increases in their salary, etc after putting in some years of service?
Important questions, but aren't really covered in much detail anywhere. Anyone care to comment that is in the know? Many thanks!

Dear Citation ten
after being operative and on 330 for 3 years (which is the fleet where you
make most cash), a couple of extras that pay like relief pilot, MFTD trainer, etc. and 90- 100 hrs flying you should make 42000-45000 Ryals.
This includes housing allowance, transport allowance, meaning if you live in company accomodation 32000 Ryals.
Upgrades will take much longer than 3 years and they will send you back on the 320 fleet. Money for an FO on 330 almost equals skippers pay on 320 due to the amount of hours and the well known difference between short and longrange operation. QR shortrange ops is a killer with plenty of hours on the ground somewhere and nights spend in the A/C on split duties.

No one can really count on any kind of sustainable rules over here. Yet again the management is to be changed.... Who is that gonna be this time? They keep on changing the terms the way it suits them. Wait and see what will happen to the upgrade policy when the new guys move in..... Currently the guys are waiting up to 6 months after being so-called selected.. nobody knows why... Total inability to organize the training department ...that will be fun to watch..

...Doesn't really cover the inflation in Doha (more than 10%) and the drop of the U$ dollar and so by the same time the qatari riyal......
