EK, QR to follow

If EY were to increase, i am sure EK and QR will respond positively. Happy days for us!

I have also heard from a confidential source that EK recently increased salaries of non flying senior management staff by 50%. QR/EY listening?

Apart of personal hair consideration , coming back to the original topic, I know that some decision makers in EY are definetely checking by how much they can increase our basic salary...
GF did it to minimize its pilots diapora.... EY has now to be more agressive then ever before and attract new guys....
Ohterwise EY should have a real lack of pilots with one aircraft coming each month...
Except if they want , like QR , look at planes on the ground.
the ball is in the EY field now.

Remember, in Beancounters' minds, we are just pawns "for use" even if we do what the bosses tell us to do, it isn't enough. The story is very different when it comes to their money. What are the salaries of the VPs compared with the line guys wherever they are? And the perks? And so much more?
