Couldnt agree more with you, GF HR department lets face it they dont know there arses from their elbows-how many more times do they have to screw up-but thats whats happens when you put people in places they have no idea about..........but hey lets face it 50% of GF is acting-Its a shame the BOD dont realise the only `show` to come out of all this acting is a third rate soap- it would certainly give coronation street a run for its money............oh how I miss UK TV.........

How do you spell out of control? A-C-T-I-N-G? W-A-S-T-A?
This is just the ones who have made the cut to stay that are planning for theim and their buddies for grades and positions when yet again a real PCE arrive. Ethics committee please take an obvious look at who exactly jumps 2-3 grades since the Gang arrived.
Hesh appointed and supported by PCE-Gone. Hr lady appointed and supported by PCE-Gone. Lee S appointed and supported by PCE-jumpship. VP technical -jumpship. Who with any experience is left? How are decisions made for promotions? Please do tell. We would all like to know if we are qualified, I for one would like to be Captain is it as simple as booking an appointment and ratting out colleagues to become a captain?

The ethics committee is an independant board who are being paid loads of money to gather information which will then be presented to the BOD or in other words the `integrity task force` it is they who will then decide who they want to persue and kick out and those who they want to protect this evidence will then be sweept under the carpet as usual...

What ethics? When the majority of those on it's board were aware and even participated in the previous management scams?
GF, will be GF, until proven otherwise, practices and ethics aren't going anywhere and neither is the airline.
In the case of the ground staff inolved in the scam I would have fired everyone up to the VP, because it simply shows incompetency at every level, this pracitce of shielding some and berrating others is show only.
