Run away from Oman Air
In the past 2 years more than 12 pilots local left oman air , there were alot of senior pilot all Omanies working so hard with oman air. But oman air was so good in f...k... them not all of them but most of them , alot of you may wonder why but it's a big zeeeeeo there , i really for all of these who still work there 
Sorry to all of you left your homes but you made thr right move :
1. K.M sfo 330/340 GF
2. A.R sfo 330 waiting for commend in few month EK
3. M.M sfo 330 QR badly f..k.. with wy
4. S.S sfo 777 EK gave up his commend in wy
5. N.H capt 320 in air aribia really hirt in wy
6. S.S fo 340 GF there they told him he can't fly jet
7. H.H. capt 320 air aribia
8. H.L fo 320 GF was no.8 for upgrude in wy
9. A.J fo 320 Gf. After flying 320/310 they told him you can't fly 737ng
10. Y.S. fo 320 air aribia retierd
11. M.D sfo 330 EK the sweetest guy you will meet was no. 5 for upgrude in wy.
12. M.B sfo 330 EY ws no.6 for upgrude in wy
13. T.H fo 330 EY he couldn't stay for more then 3 years even he ws close to the office a..h..
14. H.B fo 320 Air arbia he just wanted to leave.
15. A.R a DE left for RAK airline
And alot of exparts they loved living in Oman but they couldn't work in that sh..y company.
By the way 3 capts went to the royal flight K.J- S.K- H.S
16. He left the whole world and passed away in a car accident he was marked as noshow for 2 days.
Sorry if i missed any 1 . for the guys still there may ALLAH help you i wonder how do you stay there and sorry for my spelling

I am sorry to hear of the situation at Oman Air FADAC. Especially disheartening is to hear of the situation where the company listed one of the employees no-show when he had perished in an automobile accident ("just wait til he get's back to work, he'll be in a lot of trouble!")
Oman, as a country, is second-to-none in the region, and one that Omanis can be rightfully proud of. It is unfortunate though that Oman seemingly does not have a national airline that claims the same qualities.

hi FADAC.. just like 2 correct u in some points..
"2. A.R sfo 330 waiting for commend in few month EK" he is a captain now, in 330.. and he left OmanAir long time he left Oman Air for Gulf Air, and from there he went 2 EK..
"12. M.B sfo 330 EY ws no.6 for upgrade in wy" he was ready for captain but they kept delaying him..
i think we need 2 give Oman Air time now as it is the National Carrier now after the government pulled out from GF.. so they have 2 take care of it... and i dont work for Oman Air..
