This country has many great laws, but do not fool yourself that they are actually going to recognized and enforced for a foreigner.

That is the most important thing one has to know out here.

Do you mean a Guest as they say we are?... I said this before many times: I don't treat my guests the way I'm treated here... let alone those poor guys featured in the Al Jazeera TV program few days ago.
I must admit that from very few there is a good gesture of treating the Guests differently, but this is well crushed by the vast majority who just don't have any regard for these poor guys.

Good thing you have a local Jason Bourne friend.....I've seen things go hay wire in seconds for guys with no local backup....
