Hi guys I was invited to the QA interview in SIN, now I have just received email saying I have been uninvited???

Does this mean I cant do the walk in interview?

Very strange to get such email even before the ball has started rolling.

Capt Krunch, can you shed any light on what QA is thinking?

Are other airlines BOND/Bank Guaranties a big factor in QA recruitment? What if one has the money to pay them out?

Just a little under two weeks for my selected date. I feel your pain. I'm not sure if they will notify you if you are not shortlisted. Lets hope for news soon.

Well i interviewed back on April of 2008. obviously i did not make it (no idea why) but i was offered again to interview on FEB. I selected feb 4th and feb 8th as my dates, i send them 1 correction email on my form and still no answer..A buddy of mine is there now (A320 FO) and he just told me to wait and they will call (or send the ticket info). they are apparently swamped with paperwork

Everybody I’ve talked to says the same they are swamped with paper work and you’ll probably receive an email a week before with all the details. I also did an interview in London in Oct. and was told I did not make it. I then received the email Jan. 6 for Feb interview and sim avail. Hope to hear soon 2 weeks to go.

early February in Singapore?

they were just in DEL for three days, will be in BOM for three days in mid February and heard they will be going to SIN after that. Also heard the hiring team will be back in Doha for more interviews.

Good news!

I was just invited to screening in Doha for the 11th and 12th of February. The other choice was for the 18th and 19th. I would be interested in speaking with anyone who shares the same assessment date, or anyone who interviews prior so I can get the good gouge.

For reference: 5800 TT, 5500TwinTurbine, 1000Part121JetPIC, 1 Type rating, not Boeing or Airbus

They will have screening in SIN on 3-6 Feb.

They have not confirmed my travel reservations yet. All I attached to my acceptance email this time was medical, passport, and ATP copies.

The big application I filled out a long time ago, and I did a pre-assessment in September 2008.

I did fill the 8 pages form in Sept. In early Jan. I received a mail asking me to choose a date in Feb with a departure airport and to submit passport, medical & licenses. Since then I'm waiting like everybody. Did they at least confirmed that you were going to Doha?

to answer your question, it sounds like i am at the exact same stage as you. i was asked to pick my interview dates and airport of departure, and now i am waiting for what I presume will be an email containing an e-ticket and hotel reservations.
