Things kinda slowed down. Even here on this thread, if we compare 5 months ago, we were all tuned on interview, questions, sim assessments, advices, feedbacks on that...etc today, it all changed and we are all tuned on WAITING. I noticed also on their website that they removed second officer fast track, only FO now.
Let's keep hoping ! It's another week. I tried to call HR, no luck.

FTSO
Hi all,
I hope I can get some inside info on this one...
According to ppjn... the FTSO has been terminated. On the QR website, you can still apply online for this. I assume the QR is more accurate?
I received the positive e-mail for the FTSO in March... will I still get the offer, or can I forget about this?
Cheers,
cccc

@TPD
The bond for FO(First Officer) is for 3 years(36 months).
The story above says something about 60 months(5 years)...
So what you say has nothing to do with FO' s but corresponds to Ab Initio/ SO's (Second officers) who are bonded with a 5 years training bond.
Please be more careful!!

@stick35
I can't say the reason for you not being called. Because at that time (month of dec) their were individuals (FTSO) who had been called for the assessment. After 1st week of Feb, things got slow for SOs and people were put on hold (reason - focused on hiring Captains and FOs -- Span Air and etc). And now as you can see the advt being removed (FTSO), so i guess they are now focusing on the individuals who are on hold (that is already in their system). Just wait and see. They do need pilots!!!

QR Human resources emailed me asking for my last two pages of my logbook and updated medical copy, I responded with the attachments and also updated my online app with the documents. However I keep getting the email kicked back from the recruiter email address, even after changing the file size. Anyone know if this a valid email? I'm applying for TR wide-body FO position. Thanks.

I don't know if they need urgently pilots, or not....I only know, that they are not polite, because even after receiving the OK email, you are waiting for the offer and the fleet allocation, and they do not even allow you to ask questions, eliminating your emails, at their servers. Not a good sample from an airline of this reputation. I fed up with them, and found something much-much better.
Good luck (you need it) and tender (you need more) when dealing with those incredible guys...
