Etihad Flight Crew requirements

Etihad web site shows requirements for 425 pilots on all their fleets (100 Capts and 325 Fo's). The package looks better for new Capt's and Fo's compared to Emirates or is it?

Are there any restrictions in force if wanting to move from EK?

Have you ever been to Abu Dhabi? It's dead, no life, no color, is not the end of the world but you sure can see it from there.

Thinking of continuing to live in Dubai. It's not a bad drive down the road to OMAA these days, probably better than driving on Emirates road for 40 min or longer depending on the traffic sometimes.
