Is Etihad hiring Captains?

Although Etihad seems to be needing A 321 Captains , last 3 months 4 F/O I know applied and had been called for screening, however no Captain got an aswer, so far....
Any of you knows how long it takes?

The way things are in the Middle East, the 320 F/Os have probably been recruited to be 777 Captains.

Obviously the EY policy is to promote experience F/O inside the companies.
Alot are waiting for an upgrade on A320 in january 2008, already some guys have been emailed for it.
Therefore i wouldn' t bet on A320capt direct entry positions in EY! But I believe GF is about to do it.....

Several GF'ers on the way have been contacted about possible interest in the 320, but not knowing if any were capts

Yap, few contacted from GF BUT, they want them in a month time GF stricly inforces the 3 month notice
