resigning from ek before the 5 years
I would like to know if you resign from ek after 4 years what will you get back?
I mean, after 4 years, you should have 1 month every year plus provident B and C?

I think its a bit less than that
You get your B and C (so you should its yours!) but End of Service isn't as much.
I think its 21 days pay-out per year of service not 30 days per year. You only get that when you've done 5 whole years and definitely not the A account value.
I might be making this up though cos I can't remember so best check it with the HR factory

Less than 5 years
Less than 5 years, you get 21 days per year of service and NONE of the company provident contributions. Do 5 years and 1 day you get 75% of the company contributions or 21 days per year, whichever is the greater, this is up to the 7 year point where you get all the comp contributions.
hope this helps
