Royal Jet has a another new CEO?

Whats going on? Two CEO's in the last four years? Sounds like time for a shake down.

UAE's Royal Jet Appoints New President / CEO

According with a Company Press Release, Royal Jet has a new President/CEO. And it's number ... (fill the gap please). It seems like football team coaches/managers/trainers. They come and go pretty fast in this part of the world too.
Something is really wrong for this high turnover. It's not difficult to find reasons for such trend...
UAE - Royal JetRoyal JetRoyal Jet, the international luxury executive flight Services Company headquartered in the UAE, has appointed a new president and CEO - Shane O'Hare - in order to expand the company's business.
The announcement follows on swiftly from the company's recent drive to increase its current fleet from eight to twelve aircraft and its $48 million investment in its new Guest Flight Control Centre, which will greatly increase services and business flow.
"Mr. O'Hare's appointment is part of a strategic step that will utilise his wealth of experience in aviation management," commented His Excellency Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Chairman of Royal JetRoyal JetRoyal Jet. "This is a move that we view as paramount in ensuring the superior quality of our services, and will help maintain our competitive advantage relative to other business aviation providers in the region. Mr. O'Hare will lead Royal JetRoyal JetRoyal Jet into its next phase of business expansion during a critical time for the company's growth."
Shane O'Hare joins Royal JetRoyal JetRoyal Jet after having held senior management positions in a number of airlines. His last position was Head of Marketing in Gulf Air and prior to that Director of Marketing in the Star Alliance Group, which embraces 17 of the world's leading airlines.
"Quality Service, innovation and efficiency are the key values that Royal JetRoyal JetRoyal Jet has been keen to promote from the outset," said Mr. O'Hare, when talking about his appointment. "As the company continues to evolve, not only as one of the leading business aviation providers in the GCC, but also increasingly in important international markets such as China - where demand for aircraft charter services is growing at an estimated 30 percent annually - the opportunity to be a part of this expansion was too good to be missed. I'm delighted to be at Royal JetRoyal JetRoyal Jet and look forward to leading the business into a new era."
With a fleet that includes the world's largest commercial offering of five Boeing Business Jets (BBJ), Royal JetRoyal JetRoyal Jet offers a complete range of aviation services, from VIP charter and ground handling to its medical evacuation service (MEDEVAC), through to aircraft management, providing clients with turnkey solutions for acquiring, maintaining and managing private jets.
