Delta 16 Medical Emergency
Last night while flying westbound over Iran, Heard "Delta 16" declarying medical emergency and requesting direct Dubai.
Anyone with more info?

I hope he/she is doing okay.
The poor Delta pilot was desperately asking for present position direct to Dubai but Tehran controller was keep giving him an intercept of 238 (or something) track to some waypoint.
Mind you Delta never declared an emergency.....just asked for direct Dubai due to medical reason. Times like these 3 words like Mayday Mayday Mayday could save a life
