Yeah built quite nicely, double brick, double glazed windows, central courtyard, evaporation A/C system , ergonomic corridors, carpet throughout, site drainage, 2-3 % aspect, wheelchair access, Loading bay, council compliant car parking and a water feature out the front......

Once you find it it is hidden down a side street, and not signposted.

The pool is very nice, but beware the changing room.
