Local property developer gave first price a Eclipse 500 to the lucky willer of its draw from the first 700 customers.

I hope he knows what he is doing...or perhaps will cash it in, or ask for second prize.....

Apparently, the other option is $5.5 million.

In any case, the aircraft won't be delivered to him until next year due to the back log of orders.
