What’s up with you and AVE.com?
Yes it is not very good company but for sure is better then old Phoenix used to be.
They have more aircrafts, flights, better salary and they follow GCAA regulations more then any other bottom feeder in the UAE especially Dolphin.
If you dont like them dont go there go to EK

...YEAH they HAD to change, otherwise they would've been shut down by the GCAA. I heard most of the russian pilots wait for their salaries for months before getting paid. When they do, its only partial payment. If GCAA was soft on them, AVE would continue to cut corners, im sure they still do to a certain extent...AVE is still on the EU blacklist for safety issues, is it not???
Certain individuals in the top level mgmt. are either cowards or liars(in my opinion), I haven't decided which one yet...maybe YUCCY can enlighten us?

Sure they had to change and they did in a good way.
Yeah they used to cut corners and they still do where the GCAA alows them.
They also folow very colesly GCAA rules now and from the probably worst company in the middle east they are now best bottom feeder in UAE.
(Aerovista,Dolphin,Red Star etc)
Pilots are now regulary getting salaries for last three months and that is a fact and by the way they are best from the above companies.
Yes managers are liars good mourning.
No they are not any more on the black list check it.
Cheers
