Charter operators in the UAE

Looking for information on charter operators in Dubai and Sharjah.............

Names of operators, types of aircraft operated, location, opinion(s) re 'quality' of the operator (in terms of capability & compliance) etc.

And..............no, I'm not looking for a job there.

This is a genuine request for information to help me with a project I'm working on, so any information will really be appreciated.
