FAA training in UAE

Are there any schools in UAE, pref. Dubai that offer FAA Com training, as I need to validate my foreighn license.
I know FAA ATPL can be done but UNFORTUNATELY i don't meet the night requirments.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Emirates Aviation Services in Dubai used to train using FAA syllabus... However, the instructor there told me that they were going to switch to the JAA syllabus soon! You could call them but I think they've already switch to JAA..
