QR pay rise?
Hay guys & girls,
Don`t you think this rumour of a pay rise is just another carot?, for all you who believe things will get better.
It`s another rumour, like the ones before to stop the slow exodus of good pilots.
What`s your thought`s managment?
Are you really that naive to think, that you will be able to crew all of these new shiny aircraft on order, when QR have the worst rep in the industry for looking after there employes.
If you had not noticed, there is a major up turn in avaition and you are not the only ones who are desperatly looking to crew there aircraft. The likes of Cathay Pacific are even now writing to people they interviewed in the past.
And give a pilot a choice i know who they would pick each time.
2006 98 pilots left QR
2007 69 pilots left QR.
2008 everyone i know, what`s to leave QR.
Personal note to all you who are looking at QR, join at your own demise.
