Unhappy Gulf Jet-jock looking to commercial aviation - a few questions

Hi all..

im new in here.. so i though someone can help me?
anyway, im a pilot in one of the Gulf Airforces. i was a captain in one of the Aircraft and it was a Jet engine, and now im doing a course to be an instructor. The Airforce has its own Flying School, but we dont get lincence or any type of certificate showing that we are pilots. i will get a certificate when i finish my instrutors course, but the problem im sure is that it will not be approve anywhere.

i have by now 2500hrs (total flying)..

so now my Q..
1- is there anywhere in the Gulf, which have a good Flying School?
2- does anyone know the fare of the course?
3- will i be able to do a long distant studies?
4- can i do ATPL without doing CPL or PPL? (to save time)
