arab visa
I agree with Flying dagger.
At least he says what most people are not willing to say .ie THE TRUTH.
The other post with the hypothetical "Hindu bomber" in AUH is also spot on.
Could you imagine the governments reaction here if that scenario happened. They would be clamping down on people from that country and quite rightly so.
In my humble opinion the USA has the right to screen the visa applicants and deny as they see fit.
I have also been witness to a 4 gold bars head banging in the F galley ,while i was sitting in the right seat.As FD said these pilots are not able to seperate work from religon and in my mind thats not a good thing irrespective of the religon followed.
What people must realise is that western passengers are suspicious and nervous when it comes to flying in the ME and when a pilot is seen on the floor in a galley it does not inspire confidence.Keep it in the cockpit and do your prayers quietly ,oh I forgot they have to show everyone how pious they are.
Got to love em.......
If my post is a bit unclear i apologise as i am trying to be a bit subtle.
I am reaching for my asbestos suit as i type....

Mind ya that all the culprits of the last terror plot in the UK were UK citizens but adherent to Islam or better to say were trying to justify their actions through their religion. None of the religions do encourage to kill or to be a terrorist but tell that Al Qaeda and their buddies.
That was done by a bunch of "good ole boys" and whom probably went to church on Sundays for the better part of their lives...
I dont know whats sadder-the fact that 9/11 happened or the reaction of the world since.

I know of one Brit/Lebanese flight attendant who was bumped off a BA flight to LAX, just because his name was similar to some name in the yankee's list.

Good point. In a number of countries the social pressure is quite extreme and the result is that it has become more important to be seen to be a good Muslim, regardless of one's actual lifestyle.

Whats the point? If you buy a ticket on an islamic airline, expect to see muslims. As long as you dont see both pilots praying in the forward galley, you will probably be ok

[QUOTE=Flying Daggers;2888777]
Professional pilot who leaves the cockpit to pray in the front galley two three times a flight with all the F class passengers seen 4 bars banging the head against the floor. People who cant separate religion from the rest in their life.QUOTE]
Flying Daggers you little piece of s**t,you are contradicting your self by hitting on people who "cant seperate religion from the rest in their life" although you are makeing a lot of hassle on the same issue, your the one who cant bear the issue of religon and being seperate from your life, not other people's,this only means that your expecting tolerance and understanding from other people, and in the same time you dont even put an effort in practising them.
Dont you be falling in the trap of mocking other religon practices, whatever your religon is, I am quite sure that if I want,I'll be able to make a laughing stock out of it,but out of respect, I wont ,some thing you have to learn you as***le.

Thread closed - what a xenophobic miscreant you are GoreTex. Haughtney's comment popped my circuit-breaker but after he pointed it out to me I realized his comment was tongue-in-cheek.
