Question Dispatch Manager in Middle East

Hello everyone - saw an advertisement on flightglobal.com that a company in the Middle East is looking for a FAA Dispatch Manager (via Sigmar recruiting). Does anyone have an idea for which airline / company this is?

Sama

I am only guessing, but it could be Sama, the new start-up in Riyadh, KSA. Or RAK Airways in the UAE.

It also helps to have every license with an FAA heading. That`s why I think we can settle for Sama.

With Mango Aviation (c/o Andrew Cowen) running the show - yup Brits are safe in this one - I presume.
