EK bond?
Just a quikie..
I'm sure I've read or heard somewhere the EK new hires are required to sign a bond?
If so, anybody willing to say how much it is and for what term?

Just found an answer to my own question - should have spent a bit more time on the search 1st time round!!! DOH!
Here's the latest skinny on the bond. If one has little or no Boeing FMS time it is $36000 US for three years. If one has extensive FMS widebody Boeing time (since EK is doing Boeings now) then the bond reduces to $12000 US for three years, reduceable by $333/month for three years. Don't know if you are chased around the world, but they will take the money out of any retirement scheme that EK has contributed or any other monies owed you by the company.
