double crewing question

Hello all,
I am wondering what your local airlines are doing for staffing on double crews... 2 capt & 2 f/o, 1 capt & 3 f/o or a combination with a 'cruise pilot' position? I am trying to get an idea of 'industry' standards on an international level. You can post here or get back to me at [email protected]
Thanks in advance.
C.

Emirates:

1 Capt, 2 FO's or
2 Capt's, 2 FO's or
2 Capt's, 1 FO or
3 Capt's, 1 FO or
4 Capt's no FO's...

It really depends on who scheduling can find to do the flight at the last minute!
